為期三天的2026 臺灣國際扣件展（4 月 22 至 24 日）於高雄展覽館圓滿落幕。捷領螺絲興業股份有限公司於 S2512 展位展出家具扣件、JCN 插銷螺母、車用扣件、自行車專用件與客製化螺絲，吸引北美、歐洲、日本與東南亞買主蒞臨洽談。我們由衷感謝每一位到場的合作夥伴與媒體朋友。
Fastener Taiwan 2026 (April 22–24) concluded successfully at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center. At Booth S2512, Chieh Ling Screws Enterprise Co., Ltd. presented furniture fasteners, JCN barrel nuts, automotive fasteners, bicycle components, and customized screws — engaging buyers from North America, Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia. According to coverage from leading domestic and international industry media (Commercial Times, Economic Daily News, Fastener World, Torque Magazine, Fastener + Fixing Magazine, TAITRA press releases, and others), this edition welcomed 317 exhibitors from 11 countries across 950 booths, with international buyer pre-registrations up 55% over the previous edition — a record high. 本屆主軸從以往的「規模與產能」轉向ESG 淨零、低碳製程與綠色扣件。面對歐盟 CBAM 碳邊境調整機制與供應鏈新法規，具備碳足跡追蹤、低耗能冷鍛製程的台灣廠商成為國際買主詢問度最高的對象。
The focus shifted from sheer capacity to ESG, net-zero manufacturing, and green fasteners. With the EU’s CBAM and new supply chain regulations on the horizon, Taiwanese suppliers offering carbon traceability and low-energy cold forging drew the strongest buyer interest.

AI-driven zero-defect inspection, automated cold-forging lines, and digital tooling R&D were showcase highlights. Taiwan’s fastener industry has officially entered the Industry 4.0 era, expanding from standard parts into aerospace, medical, EV, and semiconductors.

Global Buyers Return — Kaohsiung Reaffirms Its Role as a World Fastener Hub
逾 700 名國際買主齊聚高雄，主要來自日、美、德、印度等地。一對一採購洽談會成功媒合可觀潛在商機，顯示在全球供應鏈重組之下，台灣扣件聚落（年產值逾新台幣 900 億元）的完整性與彈性，仍為國際買家長期合作的首選。
Over 700 international buyers gathered in Kaohsiung, primarily from Japan, the U.S., Germany, and India. One-on-one sourcing meetings generated substantial business potential, demonstrating that amid global supply chain restructuring, Taiwan’s fastener cluster — with annual output exceeding NT$90 billion — remains a preferred long-term partner.
Furniture and aerospace buyers from Italy, Indonesia, Thailand and beyond — impressed by precision manufacturing made in Changhua, Taiwan.

Founded in 1989 and bringing more than 35 years of fastener expertise, Chieh Ling Screws presented at Fastener Taiwan 2026 Booth S2512 under the theme “Your Total Solution.” We answered this year’s industry trends through three concrete manufacturing capabilities:
一、精密冷鍛 × 一條龍自動化 Precision Cold Forging × Fully Integrated Automated Lines
整合多工位冷鍛成型 → 自動化攻牙 → 100% 線上檢測的一條龍產線，並具備不鏽鋼深孔直接鍛造與內孔攻牙整合製程，將原需多次加工的工序簡化為一次成型，自製率近 99%，滿載日產能達 200 萬顆。縮短交期、降低加工風險，是公司迎接智慧製造的具體實踐。
Multi-station cold forging → automated tapping → 100% in-line inspection in a single integrated flow. Stainless steel deep-hole direct forging and internal-bore tapping integration consolidate multiple operations into one-piece forming — with nearly 99% in-house production rate and up to 2 million pieces per day. This shortens lead times, reduces processing risk, and answers the call of smart manufacturing.
二、合規表面處理與材料追溯 Compliant Surface Finishes & Material Traceability
針對歐美市場日益嚴格的環保法規，全面導入三價鉻、黑鎳、不鏽鋼等耐腐蝕表面處理，通過鹽霧測試，並符合 RoHS／REACH 規範。配合 ISO 9001 完整追溯系統，從進料、製程、成品到包裝四階段檢驗，提供 COC／COA 文件，協助歐美客戶因應 CBAM 與供應鏈盡職調查要求。
Meeting increasingly strict environmental regulations in Europe and North America, we offer trivalent chromium, black nickel, and stainless finishes — all salt-spray validated and RoHS / REACH compliant. Combined with our ISO 9001 traceability system spanning incoming, in-process, final, and packaging inspection, we provide COC / COA documentation to support CBAM and supply chain due diligence.
